Our beautiful property 'Casa Feliz', which in Spanish means 'Happy House', is located in the small rural town of Cuevas de San Marcos in the heart of Andalucia, Spain. Just 55 minutes from Malaga Airport Casa Feliz is the ideal place to escape the crowds and relax in true Andalucia style.
If you want to explore the historic cities of Granada, Cordoba, Rute, Seville and it's theme park Isla Magica, Priego de Cordoba or Antequera then this could be the holiday you have dreamed of. Stunning Lake Iznajar is only 5 minutes drive if you want an almost empty beach or head south for an hour to see the 'Costa del Sol'.
At Casa Feliz nothing has been left to chance. With 3 Double/Twin bedrooms the house comfortably sleeps 6 people. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with one en-suite. There is another bathroom upstairs, a balcony, balcony terrace, roof terrace, pool, built in BBQ, lounge with TV, DVD and CD. The house also has an airy reading room, shower room with toilet and fully fitted kitchen which boasts a full size oven and hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and even a dishwasher so you can just relax and enjoy.
Rick, Emma, Janet (Nanny), Tony (Grandad), Jessica & Hannah are the owners of Casa Feliz and your U.K. contacts. After many years of looking at potential holiday homes in 2005 we finally came upon the ruins that is now Casa Feliz. The renovation was finally finished nearly 12 months later in March 2006.
